8.4. PGOIs Approvals

PGOIs (Problem, Goals, Objective, Interventions)

 

PGOIs will need to be independently approved, even if the Treatment plan itself is approved. The reason for this is because PGOIs can be created and edited individually. Keep in mind, only approved PGOIs should be used on related documentation such as progress notes and quarterly reviews.
